We believe in a learner-centered approach to professional development that focuses on the specific needs and goals of adult educators. We collaborate closely with our clients to understand their aspirations, strengths, and areas for improvement. Through this partnership, we develop customized development plans and deliver engaging and practical programs that align with current trends, research, and best practices in education.

Rooted in CASEL’s five social- emotional learning competencies, the My Voice, My Responsibility youth development series creates a safe space to center the school experience of Black & Brown to help them strengthen their social-emotional skills for their own student success.

Transformative Educator is a professional development series to provide educators with strategies to support students and families of color that will improve the school’ climate and culture and narrow the achievement and opportunity gap.
